About your Retreat Team

Brittany Edie:

Registered Yoga Teacher, Wellness Coach, and self-care advocate for women seeking refreshment and renewal to continue kingdom work. As the owner and therapist at Graceful Balance Wellness, Brittany brings her passion for holistic well-being to every retreat. A dedicated mom of four and military wife of 16 years, Brittany understands the challenges of balancing multiple roles. She is committed to helping women find peace and strength through faith-centered practices.

Molly Richardson:

Wife, mom to two, and faith-based yoga teacher Molly loves walking alongside women as they learn to honor and appreciate the bodies God has given them, using their bodies as a way of worship. Faith-based yoga found Molly when she was deep into an eating disorder and couldn't find her way out. She believes God used this unique tool to bring her closer to Him and bring healing to her eating disorder. Molly is passionate about helping others find their path to wellness and spiritual connection through yoga.

Laura Beth Richardson:

Laura Beth, also lovingly known as “LB,” is honored to be present on this soul-feeding and body-healing retreat!  She is one of the founders of the Soul Care ministry at Mountain Christian Church and the author of the soon-to-be-published Living Soul-Full small group curriculum.  A pastor's daughter, she has been in ministry all her life and found a new calling in her 50's as a Board Certified Hospital Chaplain.  Her greatest joy is to participate in and help facilitate ongoing transformation in the image of Christ, which always results in deeper compassion for ourselves and the world and a profound embrace of whatever the present holds.  Becoming a grandmother of seven in the past seven years has brought new meaning and immense happiness to her life.

Her favorite place on the planet is the sacred Isle of Iona in Scotland, where a delicate boundary exists between heaven and earth.

Amanda Cole:

With a degree in Interior Design and loving all things artsy, Amanda enjoys teaching others simple ways to be expressive and creative, too! She believes creativity takes many forms and that everyone is creative because we're created in the image of God!

A few of her favorite things are relaxing by reading and art journaling, walking on the beach and in the mountains, growing sunflowers and dahlias, and collecting seashells and feathers!

She has lived her whole life in South Central PA and resides with her husband and daughter in East Berlin.
